Conflict Management in Organizations
Each group within an organization, in which the interaction between each other, have a tendency to conflict. In place of health care institutions group interaction, both between groups of staff to staff, staff with pasen, staff and visitors to the family, with a staff of physicians, as well as with others in which the situation can often lead to conflict. Conflict is closely associated with human feelings, including feeling ignored, neglected, unappreciated, abandoned, and the nagging feeling well because of excess workload. These feelings sometimes can lead to anger. These circumstances will affect a person in carrying out activities directly, and can reduce the productivity of the organization of work indirectly by doing a lot of mistakes that intentionally or unintentionally. In an organization, the likelihood of conflict, can be caused by a sudden change, such as: advances in new technology, fierce competition, cultural differences and value systems, as well as a wide range of individual personality.
