Conflict Management in Organizations
Each group within an organization, in which the interaction between each other, have a tendency to conflict. In place of health care institutions group interaction, both between groups of staff to staff, staff with pasen, staff and visitors to the family, with a staff of physicians, as well as with others in which the situation can often lead to conflict. Conflict is closely associated with human feelings, including feeling ignored, neglected, unappreciated, abandoned, and the nagging feeling well because of excess workload. These feelings sometimes can lead to anger. These circumstances will affect a person in carrying out activities directly, and can reduce the productivity of the organization of work indirectly by doing a lot of mistakes that intentionally or unintentionally. In an organization, the likelihood of conflict, can be caused by a sudden change, such as: advances in new technology, fierce competition, cultural differences and value systems, as well as a wide range of individual personality. Impact of Divorce for Children
Divorce has an impact on ex-spouses and children. However, this will be discussed in the description of the impact of divorce that will be experienced by children. According to Leslie (1967), the reaction of children to parental divorce depends on their assessment prior to the marriage of their parents as well as a sense of security in the family.

Fanaticism
Fanaticism is a state in which a person or group who adhered to an understanding, whether political, religious, cultural or whatever just by way of excessive resulting in less good, and even tend to cause serious strife and conflict. Fanaticism is seen as the cause of the strengthening of group behavior that can often lead to aggressive behavior.
