Improving Interpersonal Relations Insecure Attachment Patterns
The experience of building interpersonal relationships in adolescence and adulthood can fix insecure attachment patterns in a person. From the observations made by experts such as Erikson, Robert Selman showed that establishing interpersonal relationships or friendships is a need in every person since childhood. It can be said, a friendship can actually be done in the “natural” by anyone, nor for those with insecure attachment patterns. It’s a feeling of insecurity would hamper to build interpersonal, communication and friendship, but still can be done. If this relation continuously tested, trained to build interpersonal relationships will be successful. This can be evidenced by two studies have been conducted by Steven Asher and Stephen Nowicki in different places, which shows the same thing.
