Work Achievement
The definition of job performance according to Lawler (in As’ad, 1991) is an outcome that is achieved by the employee in doing the task or job efficiently and effectively. Lawler & Porter (in As’ad, 1991) states that performance is obtained by a person’s employment success of the act or result is concerned. In a broader scope, Jewell & Siegall (1990) states that the achievement is the result of the extent to which members of the organization has done the job in order to satisfy the organization.
