Conflict Management in Organizations
Each group within an organization, in which the interaction between each other, have a tendency to conflict. In place of health care institutions group interaction, both between groups of staff to staff, staff with pasen, staff and visitors to the family, with a staff of physicians, as well as with others in which the situation can often lead to conflict. Conflict is closely associated with human feelings, including feeling ignored, neglected, unappreciated, abandoned, and the nagging feeling well because of excess workload. These feelings sometimes can lead to anger. These circumstances will affect a person in carrying out activities directly, and can reduce the productivity of the organization of work indirectly by doing a lot of mistakes that intentionally or unintentionally. In an organization, the likelihood of conflict, can be caused by a sudden change, such as: advances in new technology, fierce competition, cultural differences and value systems, as well as a wide range of individual personality. Transactional Analysis
Transactional Analysis (TA) is a theory of personality and a well organized system of interactional therapy. It is based on the assumption that when we make decisions based on the premise that the premise of the past at a time according to the needs of our survival, but that may no longer be valid. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TKB) or Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one form of counseling aimed at helping clients to become healthier, get a satisfying experience, and can meet certain lifestyle, by modifying certain thinking and behavior . Cognitive approach focuses trying to put a thought, belief, or a form of self talk to others (for example, my life miserable so it is difficult to determine the purpose of my life). In addition, the therapy also focuses on her efforts to learn her client in order to have a more positive way of thinking in a variety of life events and not just trying to cope with the disease or disorder that is being experienced .. In other words, cognitive counseling focuses on the activities of managing and monitoring the client’s mind so as to eliminate negative thoughts and change the contents of the mind in order to obtain a more positive emotions. Behavioral Counseling while focusing on the activities carried out clients, determine the form of rewards that can encourage the client to perform certain actions, giving an unpleasant consequence, in order to prevent clients that do not perform the desired action.
