Positive Psychology
Psychology views human beings from four sect, namely: Psychoanalysis, Behaviorism, Cognitive, and Humanism. Psychoanalysis, assume that human beings are driven by pent-up desires. As with the Behaviorism who think that humans as creatures driven by the environment at will. While Cognitive assume that humans are actively organize and process the stimuli it receives. And finally, Humanism describe that man as an active participant in formulating strategy transactional environment.
