Blogging can Overcoming Social Anxiety Teens
Blogging appears to have psychological benefits for adolescents who suffer from social anxiety, improve their self esteem and help them relate better with their friends. It is delivered in a study in the journal published by the American Psychological Association (APA) quoted by Science Daily.
According Meyran Boniel-Nissim, PhD, research has shown that writing a personal diary is a great way to release emotional stress. Not only that, freedom of expression and communication can also be done with blogging activities. Maintaining a blog has a strong positive effect on adolescent well-being.
